PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a topic matching the reaction of a listener to a talker.SOLUTION: A communication support device 100 for supporting communication between a talker and a listener includes: generation means 206 for generating content as a candidate about which the talker talks; detection means 210 for detecting that the talker has used the content generated by the generation means; reaction analysis means 205 for analyzing the reaction of the listener at timings before and after the detection means has detected the generated content; and profile registration means for registering a result analyzed by the reaction analysis means as the profile information of the listener.
