PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device, information processing method, and information processing program capable of processing information of a user so as to more effectively update the information of the user.SOLUTION: An information processing device of an embodiment includes a detection unit and a distribution unit. The detection unit detects a user of a user terminal which performed notification based on a notification tag included in a predetermined page.
