PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device that allows an adhesion amount of K toner in a monochrome mode to be properly calculated even when a relation of a distance and an angle between a sensor of an adhesion amount of toner and an intermediate transfer belt is deviated in a full color mode and monochrome mode.SOLUTION: An adhesion amount conversion table is changed over in accordance with a change in distance and angle between a sensor of an adhesion amount of toner and an intermediate transfer belt at a time of a full color mode and monochrome mode. That is, a calibration of the sensor of the adhesion amount of toner by an adjustment of an LED light emitting amount so as to obtain a prescribed amount of reflection light in the full color mode is configured to make adjustments to the light emitting amount again upon changing to the monochrome mode thereafter. Respective light emitting amounts are managed by an amount of current input to an LED of the sensor of the adhesion amount of toner, and an amount of change in an angle of incidence and reflection angle of the sensor of the adhesion amount of toner is obtained from a difference between the amounts of input current in the full color mode and monochrome mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
