摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent surging of a compressor and to perform suitable control over an exit temperature of a thermal medium.SOLUTION: A turbo heat pump 1 includes an evaporator 5 which evaporates a refrigerant guided from an expansion valve 9 by heat exchange with a heat source medium, an intercooler 10 which exchanges heat between a refrigerant flowing from a thermal generation heat exchanger 6 to the evaporator 5 and a refrigerant flowing from the evaporator 5 to a compressor 3, an intercooler flow rate control valve 25 which adjusts a flow rate of a refrigerant flowing from the thermal generation heat exchanger 6 to the intercooler 10, an intercooler bypass valve 28 provided to a flow passage for bypassing the refrigerant flowing from the thermal generation heat exchanger 6 to the intercooler 10. A control device 7 lowers a discharge refrigerant temperature set value of the compressor 3 as a load rate of the thermal generation heat exchanger 6 decreases, and computes an opening of the intercooler flow rate control valve and an opening of the intercooler bypass valve on the basis of the difference between the discharge refrigerant temperature and discharge refrigerant temperature set value.
