PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can adjust a phase of a processing part and a tension of a web so that the registration, processing pitch and tension of the web between processes related to the conveyance direction of the web fall within a range with no problem.SOLUTION: A control part 3 included in an automatic adjustment system of a web processing device performs, after executing a phase adjustment step (S1) for controlling a phase adjustment mechanism 6 so that the timing at which a phase detection part 5 detects a phase reference position becomes the prescribed timing, a tension adjustment step (S2) for controlling a speed adjustment mechanism 7 so that the tension detected by a tension detection part 4 becomes the previously-set tension, and a pitch adjustment step (S3) for storing a rotational speed at which the processing pitch becomes a prescribed length in association with the tension of a web 9, and controlling the phase adjustment mechanism 6 so as to have the rotational speed associated with the tension detected by the tension detection part 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
