PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine mount having a novel structure and a process of manufacture therefor in which it is possible to perform an adjustment setting of a spring of a main body elastic body under a larger degree of freedom in tuning.SOLUTION: This invention relates to an engine mount 10 in which each of both end portions of a first fixing member 12 and a second fixing member 14 oppositely arranged to each other is elastically connected by a main body elastic body 16. Both end portions of the first fixing member 12 and the second fixing member 14 are applied as a first slant plate part 22 and a second slant plate part 50 inclined to the same side in their thickness direction and the main body elastic body 16 is disposed between the first slant plate part 22 and the second slant plate part 50 and fixed. In addition, a window part 54 is formed to pass through the second slant plate part 50 and at the same time the main body elastic body 16 has a currant recess part 56 opened at the fixed surface for the second slant plate part 50, an opening part of the currant recess part 56 is position set to each other in respect to the window part 54 and the currant recess part 56 is opened toward outside through the window part 54.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
