PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel having an appearance which is hardly deteriorated.SOLUTION: A panel 1 includes a metal skin 2 with an irregular surface 26 and a flat plate-shaped core material 4. The irregular surface 26 is bonded to the surface of the core material 4 with an adhesive 24. The foamed adhesive 24 fills the gap between the irregular surface 26 and the core material 4. Even with use of the metal skin 2 having the irregular surface 26 as the surface to be bonded to the core material 4, the detachment between the metal skin 2 and the core material 24 hardly occur.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
