PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: it takes time to present the optimal storage destination to a user when a large number of pages of paper documents are scanned.SOLUTION: There is provided a document analysis system comprising an image processing apparatus and an analysis server. The image processing apparatus extracts text data from image data obtained by scanning documents, and sequentially transmits pieces of divided text data obtained by dividing the extracted text data to the analysis server until receiving a candidate for a storage destination of the image data from the analysis server. The analysis server performs analysis on the basis of the transmitted pieces of divided text data, and when the candidate for the storage destination is determined, replies the candidate for the storage destination to the image processing apparatus.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10 |
