<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide black soybean processed food from which flagrance of black soybeans is fully extracted, containing the black soybeans not spoiled in its inherent taste and flavor. <P>SOLUTION: The black soybean processed food is obtained by mixing liquid containing components of roasted black soybean, the black soybeans 1 and a gelling agent, and solidifying the mixture. The black soybean processed food is jellified except the black soybeans 1, or comprises sweetened bean jelly or juicy sweetened bean jelly produced by processing the black soybeans 1 into bean jam.
