Method for diagnosis, labeling and treatment of lung tumors in which a biological or biotechnical system is contacted with at least one substance (X), at least partly dissolved and having affinity for a specific gene (G) and/or its variants, fragments, mRNA, gene products, cleavage products, polypeptide and peptides, where (X) is attached to a marker (M). (G) is any of the genes: ADAM19; Mmp12; Col18a1; Col15a1; CD44; Bsg; Itgb2; Itgax; Lamc2; Lamb3; Alcam; Cldn2, Cldn3; Cldn7; Krt1-18; Krt2-8; tacstd1; S100a1; or S100a11. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) agent (Y) for the new method comprising at least one (X) attached to a marker, provided that the product is at least partly soluble; and (2) test kit for diagnosis, labeling and treatment of epithelial lung tissue that contains at least one (Y).
