PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive contact unit excellent in durability. SOLUTION: The unit includes: a first contact part being in contact with the circuit structure outputting signal for inspection; an elastic part capable of telescopic motion in the longitudinal direction; a second contact part projecting from the marginal part of width direction in a leaving direction from the center axis; a plurality of conductive contact pieces provided with a rectangular opening through the thickness direction of the plate the long side of the rectangle is parallel to the longitudinal direction and provided with the second contact part; and a rod member which is fixed with the holder of the conductive contact and passing through the openings provided with each of the plurality of conductive contact. The sectional area of the rod shape member perpendicular to the longitudinal direction is that the two sides one of which is almost same as the short side and the other side is shorter than the shot side of the rectangular, the area including at least a part of short side is removed from the rectangular shape with the short sides parallel to the short sides of rectangle of the opening.
