PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger, relatively simply preventing positional misalignment of a receiver fitting member in brazing the receiver fitting member to a header. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger includes: a pair of headers 2 spaced apart; a plurality of heat exchange tubes 4 disposed in parallel between the headers 2, both end parts of which are connected to both headers 2; and the receiver fitting member 6 fixed to the left header 2. The left header 2 is partitioned into two header parts 2a, 2b arranged in the longitudinal direction of the left header 2 by a partition member 27 provided on the receiver fitting member 6 fixed to the left header 2. A fitting projecting part 20 is formed on the partition member 27, and a fitting recessed part 21 to which the fitting projecting part 20 is fitted is formed on the peripheral wall of the left header 2.
