BRAKE SHOE, BRAKING DEVICE, AND BICYCLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake shoe preventing generation of noise during braking, and capable of preventing an error of a worker such as mistaking an attachment direction of the brake shoe with respect to an advancing direction. SOLUTION: The brake shoes 23, 24 are composed of shoe receivers 27 attached to brake arms 6, 7, and shoe bodies 28 provided on the shoe receivers 27. A braking face 32 of the shoe body 28 is inclined for just a predetermined angle with respect to an outer face 27a of the shoe receiver 27 such that an interval D between the braking face 32 and a rim 4 is gradually reduced toward the advancing direction A. A V-shaped draining groove is formed on the braking face 32, and the direction from the center bent part of the groove to both ends 34b matches with the advancing direction A of the rim 4.
