PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately manage the rotating position of a sprocket 457 by the rotating position of a putout motor 465. SOLUTION: The rotating position of the sprocket 457 formed by normally rotating a putout motor 465 4 times of timer interruption periods (7 ms=1.75 ms×4 times), or a backlash absorbing time, is defined as a home position of the sprocket 457 so as to absorb the inverse rotation of the sprocket 457 due to the backlash.
