PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent even the generation of vibration caused by rocking motion, and to prevent the complication of a constitution caused by the arrangement of a counterweight and the generation of vibration and noise when a driving shaft 33 deflects, in a rotary fluid machine (1) for enabling a cylinder (21) and an annular piston (22) to make rotary motion by arranging the annular piston (22) for partitioning annular cylinder chambers (C1 and C2) into an outside cylinder chamber (C1) and an inside cylinder chamber (C2). SOLUTION: This rotary fluid machine is formed in an entrained rotation structure for rotating both the cylinder (21) and the annular piston (22) by connecting the driving shaft (33) to one of the cylinder (21) and the annular piston (22,) and connecting a driven shaft (35) freely rotatable in a position eccentric from the driving shaft (33) by the same eccentric quantity as an eccentric quantity of the cylinder (21) and the annular piston (22) to the other of the cylinder (21) and the annular piston (22).
