PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picking facility capable of temporarily placing articles in a plurality of article collecting containers in each of picking zones and assisting picking work in front and rear picking zones. SOLUTION: In the picking work by a worker for putting articles 5 into a temporary pre-loading base 25 (a first induction part 27) based on picking data, a pre-put-in display unit 32 displays a picking zone 8 wherein an article collecting container 6 into which the articles 5 on the temporary pre-loading base 25 (the first put-in part 27) are put exists. By this, a worker can determine whether the picking work carried out relative to the temporary pre-loading base 25 (the first put-in part 27) is the picking work with a margin of a time or not, and in the case of the picking work with a margin of a time, the worker can assist the picking work when the article collecting containers 6 are moved near in the front and rear picking zones and picking is carried out.
