PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a light-emitting device which is flexible and can be changed in shape, and to manufacture a cellular phone in which such a light-emitting device is incorporated.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device includes a first flexible substrate including a first electrode, a light-emitting layer on the first electrode, and a second electrode with a protrusion disposed on the light-emitting layer, and a second flexible substrate including a semiconductor circuit and a third electrode electrically connected to the semiconductor circuit, wherein the protrusion of the second electrode and the third electrode are electrically connected. The present invention also provides a method of manufacturing the light-emitting device, and a cellular phone including a housing in which the light-emitting device is incorporated and which has a longitudinal direction and a transverse direction, in which the light-emitting device is disposed on a front surface and an upper part in the longitudinal direction of the housing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
