PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment capable of detecting temperatures stably.SOLUTION: Electronic equipment 1 comprises: a heat sink 20; a substrate 30; a heat-generating component; a temperature sensor 34; first wiring 41; and second wiring 42. The substrate 30 is fixed to a support rod 22 of the heat sink 20. A switching element 31 that generates heat by application of an electric current is mounted in a high-temperature area H of the substrate 30. The temperature sensor 34 that detects temperatures is mounted in a detection area S of the substrate 30. The first wiring 41 is located in the high-temperature area H of the substrate 30 and connected to the support rod 22 of the heat sink 20. The second wiring 42 is located in the detection area S of the substrate 30 apart from the first wiring 41. The second wiring 42 is connected to the support rod 22 of the heat sink 20 and the temperature sensor 34. This reduces the amount of heat transmitting from the first wiring 41 directly to the second wiring 42 and allows the temperature of the second wiring 42 to be as stable as the temperature of the heat sink 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
