<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anthocyanin-containing composition improved with the living body absorption rate of anthocyanin, without incorporating a component having the activity of inhibiting the absorption of mineral contents, and a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: This anthocyanin-containing composition comprises a finely micronized anthocyanin-containing material and a dispersant, and is characterized in that the dispersant is at least one kind selected from lecithin, a glycerol fatty acid ester, a sucrose fatty acid ester and a polyglycerol fatty acid ester. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
