<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer a registering system of diagonal direction in printing by a multi-color printer and the like. <P>SOLUTION: The individual printing unit of a multi-color printer that multi-color prints on the long web shape material to be printed using a plurality of printing units has a diagonal direction register guidance mark reading means to read registering mark of diagonal direction, a processing means which receives images of the registering mark from the registering mark reading means and calculates the amount theta (θ) of gaps from the predetermined criteria, a cylindrical roller which can adjust the direction of the shaft toward the flowing direction of the material to be printed, a motor which adjusts the shaft orientations of the roller in order to compensate the amount theta (θ) of gaps obtained from the processing means, and the registering system is characterized in that the roller is positioned in the upper stream side than the plate cylinder of the printing unit and that the registering mark reading means is positioned in the upper stream side than the roller. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
