A method for performing frame erasure concealment to higher-band signals is provided to prevent the quality of voice signals from being lowered by preventing higher band signals and lower band signals from having consistent periodicity. A method for performing frame erasure concealment to higher-band signals comprises: a step(700) which calculates the periodic strength of higher band signals to pitch period information of lower band signals; a step(701) which determines whether periodic strength is the same or higher than the critical value set up in advance; a step(702) which performs frame erasure concealment to the higher-band signals by a pitch period repetition base method if the periodic strength is the same or higher than the critical value.
