PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve properties of a coil in a multilayer composite electronic component including the coil and a capacitor.SOLUTION: The multilayer composite electronic component comprises a circuit including the coil and the capacitor within a laminate including a plurality of conductor layers that are laminated via insulation layers. A coil conductor forming the coil is provided in a first conductor layer. One of a pair of capacitor electrodes forming the capacitor is provided in a second conductor layer in such a manner that the one capacitor electrode is overlapped with the coil conductor in a view in a lamination direction of the laminate. The coil conductor forms the coil and simultaneously forms the capacitor as the other capacitor electrode in the pair of capacitor electrodes. It is preferable that the one capacitor electrode have a width that is equal to or narrower than a line width of the coil conductor, and is settled within the line width of the coil conductor without protruding from the coil conductor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
