FIELD: instrument making.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optical instrument-making, particularly to adaptive optics, and is intended for wave friction correction of optical radiation in atmospheric turbulence conditions and other phase-impairing effects. Mirror has a sealed case (1), protective window (2) with transparent electrode (3), reflecting metal membrane (4), rigidly coupled with a case along the outline (1), as well as control electrodes (6). Between the reflecting membrane (4) and control electrodes (6) there is a damping liquid (10). In the space between the reflecting membrane (4) and transparent electrode (3) is optically transparent liquid (9). Sections outside light zone of transparent electrode (3) and reflecting membrane (4) is coated with hydrophobic coating (8).EFFECT: technical result is increased range of phase correction, high thermal stability.1 cl, 1 dwg |
