The present invention relates to an X-ray tracking device comprising: a frame provided to an X-ray generator of an X-ray imaging apparatus for emitting an X-ray toward a patient being examined; and a light irradiation unit provided to the frame, and emitting a guide light along the emission direction of the X-ray so as to display an irradiation position or irradiation range of the X-ray on the patient. The X-ray tracking device according to the present invention enables an operator to easily identify a radiation direction or a radiation range of the X-ray so as to reduce time and effort, which are required for an imaging operation, since the light irradiation unit emits the guide light along the radiation direction of the X-ray. |
