Disclosed is an invention relating to a composite material cargo box for a truck. The composite material cargo box for a truck of the present invention comprises: a base part installed on the rear side of the truck to form the lower portion of a loading space; a front support part installed on a side of the base part while standing up; a rear support part that faces the front support part and is installed on the opposite side of the base part while standing up; and a cover part located on the upper side of the front and rear support parts to rotate to open and close the loading space, wherein the front support part includes: a front support frame that contains at least one of steel and aluminum and has a plurality of second mounting spaces formed therein; a filling foam installed in the second mounting spaces and formed of a polymer compound; and a front support cover that forms an external appearance in which a fabric skin part that surrounds the filling foam and the front support frame is impregnated with an adhesive portion including a thermosetting resin.
