FIELD: communication.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication, in general applied for use in telecommunication systems and requires no modification of existing communication systems. Invention provides creation of a system to adjust the bandwidth of data provided to mobile devices including a proxy device adjusting the bandwidth adapted to receive a request from a mobile device to control the value of the data bandwidth; module of throttling the bandwidth with the proxy device to adjust the bandwidth; module of throttling the bandwidth for limitation or removal of excessive data bandwidth available to the mobile device wherein after the request the proxy bandwidth control device processes the request and, if the request processed successfully, controls the value of the data bandwidth provided to the mobile device by means of the bandwidth throttling module.EFFECT: system may be further adapted under billing/payment on the basis of either model of payment definite time or a model of payment for action.23 cl, 3 dwg |
