FIELD: pulse engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pulse engineering and can be used in key power amplifiers. Such result is achieved by fact that digital pulse-width modulator comprises rectangular pulses generator 1, counters 2 and 3, counting trigger 4, sign trigger 5, OR elements 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11, triggers 12 and 13, inverter 14, AND elements 15, 16 and 17, AND-NOT elements 18 and 19, pulse generators 20 and 21, multiplexers 22, 23, 24 and 25, limiting circuit 26 and reset circuit 27, output buses 28, 29, 30 and 31, input signal bus 32, sign bus 33 and interlocking bus 34.
