A method for producing a DHA-containing glyceride-containing composition, said method including a step for obtaining a DHA-containing glyceride composition by conducting an esterification reaction by causing a lipase to act on starting material fats and oils containing highly unsaturated fatty acids, wherein the water content in the reaction solution of said reaction is 0.4 mass% or higher, and the acid value of the DHA-containing glyceride-containing composition is 12 or lower.
