Receiving an access request to the medical examination information from a terminal in a hospital of a patient received, and when the hospital is a medical institution permitted to access to the information and when medical examination information of the patient is opened, an access right determination section 35 obtains a medical expense detailed data made on the patient in the transferred hospital from a medical expenses detailed information storage 33, and when medical consultation date of the medical expense detailed data is in the accessible period and when the medical consultation in the transferred hospital is opened, the access request is accepted. When the access request is determined to be accepted, a medical information management section 32 extends the preset accessible period for a predetermined period. |
