PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable vinyl chloride-based copolymer composition able to reduce bad odors generated and remaining during molding processing and in molded products to a degree less than that when organic tin compounds are used, in addition, giving little reduction in processability, mechanical strength and the like without using Pb. SOLUTION: The vinyl chloride-based copolymer composition is produced by adding a zinc compound and an acetic acid scavenger to the vinyl chloride-based copolymer comprising an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and vinyl chloride.
