PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition that has excellent balance between the impact resistance of the molded product and the fluidity on molding without adverse effect to the chemical resistance of polyamide resin and provide molded products having excellent chemical resistance and impact resistance. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin composition comprising (A) 5 to 99 pts.mass of polyamide, (B) 0.9 to 80 pts.mass of graft copolymer that is obtained by graft-polymerizing aromatic vinyl monomer and cyanide vinyl monomer ontoa composite rubber [(b-1)+(b-2)] from polyorganosiloxane (b-1) and alkyl (meth)acrylate (b-2) and (C) 0.1 to 20 pts.mass of a carboxyl group-bearing copolymer obtained by copolymerizing unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer, aromatic vinyl monomer and cyanic vinyl monomer wherein (A)+(B)+(C)=100 pts.mass is used to produce the molded products.
