PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous acrylic adhesive composition excellent in adhesive strength, holding power and resistance to water-whitening. SOLUTION: The aqueous acrylic adhesive composition comprising a water-dispersed acrylic resin obtained by polymerizing polymerizable monomers containing (meth)acrylates is characterized in that a dry film formed from the aqueous acrylic adhesive composition has a 100% modulus obtained by tensile test under a temperature of 25°C of 0.02-0.2 MPa and an elongation of 2,000-7,000%, and has an amount of the water extracts thereof of 2 wt% or less.
