PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body care product having high persistence of cooling effects and high persistence of a sound produced when foam of a foamed aerosol stock solution is broken and affording massage effects with skin touch for the foam breaking over a relatively long period. SOLUTION: The body care product is provided with an aerosol container in which the aerosol stock solution and a liquefied gas as a propellent are sealed and a flexible sheet body having a surface to be coated which can be coated with the aerosol stock solution jetted from the aerosol container and the coated surface can be applied to a human body. The aerosol stock solution is prepared by formulating 0.05-10 wt.% of a water-soluble polymer, 0.1-10 wt.% of a surfactant and 0.5-20 wt.% of an oil. Furthermore, 10 pts.wt. of the aerosol stock solution and 10-90 pts.wt. of the liquefied gas are sealed in the aerosol container. The sheet-like body made of fibers and having a prescribed water absorption percentage is arranged on the surface to be coated with the aerosol of the flexible sheet body and the surface to be coated is coated with the aerosol and applied to the human body.
