COSMETIC FOR INFRARED PROTECTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physico-chemically stable cosmetic for infrared protection. SOLUTION: The cosmetic is obtained by including (1) titanium dioxide having 0.5-5μm particle diameter and (2) hollow resin spherical powder which may be coated with a metal oxide. The titanium dioxide is preferably flaky and may be coated with the metal oxide. The hollow resin spherical powder preferably consists essentially of polyacrylonitrile and may be coated with the metal oxide. The titanium dioxide is preferably used as the metal oxide for coating in the hollow resin spherical powder which may be coated with the metal oxide.
