<p>The method involves having individual participants having the possibility of providing and of dispatching over a data channel of GSM or UMTS information of network participants, messages and or files. On the server side, three connection desires are required to distinguish the presence of a data link and the execution of the Client software providing relevant distinction criteria. For the case of an existing data link and a Client software already implemented, communication is possible and being already sufficiently well-known over the respective IP addresses. For the case of an existing data link, the GPRS or UMTS connection from the portable radio network carrier to the terminal is provided, and the Client software is implemented with newer version under the MIDP 2,0 standard. For a third case, missing data link and non implemented Client software server addresses the GSM receiver of the terminal via an accordingly controllable Internet telephone IE gateway, to indicate if it is possible to make a connection.</p> |
