The bag to be used at the beach or the swimming pool is made in a slightly trapezoidal shape of a watertight material such as neoprene. A watertight zip fastener is inserted into a slot and joined to the material with a method retaining the watertight quality of the unit. Fastening elements are attached to the bag in order to be engaged with complementary elements located at the ends of a carrying strap, belt or chain.
