EXTRACTION METHOD OF SHORT FIBER IN CONCRETE AND SHORT FIBER EXTRACTION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for extracting and weighing the amount of the short fibers mixed with concrete in a short time at a low cost on the arbitrary construction spot where concrete is cast. SOLUTION: Stirring blades 6 are allowed to fall in the water containing short fibers and aggregate up to a required depth position after a coarse aggregate is separated from a definite amount of sampled concrete using a washing basket and a short fiber collecting net 3 is installed at the upper position of the water containing the short fibers and fine aggregate. The short fibers are floated by the vortex flow formed in the vortex flow formed in the water by the rotation of the stirring blades 6 to be caught and collected by the collecting net 3 and the collected short fibers are dried to be weighed.
