PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incinerator system that is configured to increase a combustible waste incineration capacity, protect an incinerator surface from high temperature and facilitate the repair of damaged parts. SOLUTION: The incinerator has a double structure having an outer furnace and an inner furnace. The inner furnace is formed in a simple stack of rings such as cuts of a thick pipe, and ash is deposited in the clearance between the outer furnace and the inner furnace to serve as a kind of insulator. Carbide left after flaming combustion is ejected from under the incinerator and fed by a screw conveyor to a position separated from the incinerator, that is, an incineration ash residue remaining heat part, where it keeps burning gradually to ash.
