A dust protecting apparatus installed in a cart for transferring a mold frame is provided to protect the mold frames from dust, and transfer the mold frames quickly and efficiently. A lower frame(11) has a higher top surface in the fourth and third lateral surfaces, and a lower top surface in the first lateral surface. A sliding receiving space is ensured by using a guide bracket(111) fixedly installed inside the lower frame(11) such that the sliding receiving space is horizontal to the top surface of the first lateral surface. A pressing and fixing member(12) is installed on the top surface of the third lateral surface. A dust protecting panel(12) is formed with a thickness and a planar area corresponding to the sliding receiving space(C) so that the dust protecting panel(12) received in the sliding receiving space(C) of the lower frame(11) is detached by using the pressing and fixing member(112).
