An apparatus for manufacturing a lampshade having an oil pressure with vacuum and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the number of processes for forming an outer periphery. An apparatus for manufacturing a lampshade having an oil pressure with vacuum and a manufacturing method thereof comprise a frame(100), a first molding frame(200), a second molding frame(300), a third molding frame(400), and a vacuum pump(500). The frame is formed of a frame top of a three-step structure to sequentially depositing the first, second, and third bases(110, 120, 130). The first molding frame is fixed on the first base of the frame to form a decorative surface(212), a through-hole(213), a forming die(210), a sealing vacuum unit(221), and a vacuum plate(220). The second molding frame comprises a cylinder for fixing fixed on the second base and an outer periphery molding frame molding the outer periphery of an original plate(10) to be corresponded to a die adhesive plate(214) of the first molding frame and to be vertically moved by a rod of the cylinder for fixing. The third molding frame presses the upper surface of the original plate to form a separate pressure molding frame processed of the decoration(430) to be transferred by the rod part of a main cylinder(410) fixed on the third base of the frame. The vacuum pump is connected with a vacuum control pipe(222) at one side of the vacuum plate of the first molding frame to intake the original plate mounted on the upper part of the adhesive plate in the formation of the inner periphery of the die.
