A device for molding a multi-wall type synthetic resin pipe and a synthetic resin pipe molded by the same are provided to mold a reinforcement rib into an accurate shape by forming a single extrusion pipe from four or more pipes which are individually extruded. A device for molding a multi-wall type synthetic resin pipe includes a base(100) and an extrusion molding unit(200). The base is assembled to an extruder(10), and has an inside with a resin extruding path(102) communicated to a resin supply path(12) of the extruder. The base has a front surface with an air inlet chamber(104) opened in a forward direction. The air inlet chamber has one side with an air inlet hole(106) communicated to the outside. The extrusion molding unit is assembled to the base, and has a front surface on which a core portion(220) is integrally formed. The core portion includes an outer frame(222) and a plurality of cores(224) arranged into a lattice shape, a separation wall(226) formed between the cores, and four or more pipe extrusion holes(228) formed by the outer frame, cores and the separation wall. The extrusion molding unit has an inside with an air chamber(202) communicated to the air inlet chamber. The air chamber has an air outlet hole(229) penetrating through front portions of the cores. An extrusion guide path(204) is formed around the air chamber such that the extrusion guide path interconnects the resin extruding path and the pipe extrusion holes. The pipe extrusion holes are arranged such that the gap formed between the outer frame and the cores is two times larger than the gap formed between the cores and the separation wall.
