PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube processing device for a lamp manufacturing device in which a heating of a glass tube can be possible while a glass tube is being held and a curvature occurring in a glass tube can be prevented and furthermore its structure is comparatively simple, and provide a lamp manufacturing device. SOLUTION: While a glass tube is held by a holding head, a wall part 30 is arranged around the glass tube 16 alongside a longitudinal direction of the glass tube 16. The wall part 30 has a member having a cross section of a channel shape with an open mouth facing a supporting pillar 9, and is composed of a front wall part 31, a rear wall part 32 and a side wall part 33. The front wall part 31 is arranged in front in a conveying direction (as indicated by an arrow S) of the glass tube 16 and the real wall part 32 is arranged in rear in the conveying direction of the glass tube 16. The side wall part 33 is arranged to combine end parts of the front wall part 31 and the real wall part 32 which are farther from the supporting pillar and is positioned between an external heating means and the glass tube 16.
