PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a "disk storing type disk apparatus" which can prevent that a disk currently held with a support object produces rattling when not performing selection operation of a support object which supports the disk. SOLUTION: In inside of a housing 2, a lower regulation member 101 and an upper regulation member 102 are set up. In the lower regulation member 101, a movable regulation part 105 to become uprise posture, and a movable pushing section 107 which projects to side are set up. When selecting a support object 21, the movable regulation part 105 becomes uprise posture, and movable pushing section 107 takes a retreat position. When selection operation of a support object 21 is completed, the movable regulation part 105 becomes a falling posture, and a driving unit 14 reaches between the lower regulation member 101 and the upper regulation member 102.
