PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device that process feedback mounted on a WTRU (Wireless Transmit Receive Unit), and comprise a step of predicting a channel matrix.SOLUTION: An effective channel is calculated, and a pre-coded matrix is selected. A feedback bit group is generated and transmitted.
