PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric element capable of suppressing deterioration in characteristics, a piezoelectric actuator, and a manufacturing method of a piezoelectric element.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric element 40A includes: a piezoelectric body 41 including first and second main surfaces 41a, 41b facing each other; a first external electrode 42 formed on the first main surface 41a; and a second external electrode 43 formed on the second main surface 41b. Outer edges of the first and second external electrodes 42, 43 are located at the inside of an outer edge of the piezoelectric body 41 when viewed from the facing direction D in which the first and second main surfaces 41a, 41b face each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
