PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag having a zipper which is superior in chemical resistance against alcohol and so forth. SOLUTION: This packaging bag having the zipper is formed by folding and heat-sealing a laminated body while making a sealant layer the internal surface. In this case, for the laminated body, a base material layer, an adhesive layer, a barrier layer, an anchor coating layer, the sealant layer consisting of a low density polyethylene are laminated in this order. Then, on the sealant layer on the internal surface of the packaging bag, the male type section and the female type section of a pair of zipper bodies consisting of the low density polyethylene, which are fitted each other, are bonded. In the packaging bag having the zipper, the anchor coating layer of the laminated body is a layer which is formed by applying and drying an aqueous dispersed liquid on the surface of the barrier layer. In this case, the aqueous dispersed liquid consists of a polyolefin copolymeric resin particle which contains an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its anhydride in a range of 0.01 to 5 mass%, and the number-average particle size of which is 1μm or lower, and does not substantially contain a non-volatile aquatic transformation auxiliary agent.
