PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid container capable of freely changing a fluid container bag along with discharging of fluid, and to provide a method for refilling using the same. SOLUTION: This fluid container 9 is equipped with the fluid container bag 60 which includes at least first and second sealing/bonding sections 61, 62 so constituted that a plurality of flexible materials are bonded to be sealed and contains the fluid therein. A fluid discharge member 63 is coupled to the first sealing/bonding section 61 of the fluid container bag 60. The fluid container bag 60 and the fluid discharge member 63 are accommodated in a frame 42, and the fluid discharge member 63 is supported by the frame 42. An acceptance section 80 is provided in the frame 42 and accepts the second sealing/bonding section 62 which is displaced along with the discharging of the fluid in the fluid container bag 60.
