PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply secure an interlock prevention structure capable of surely preventing interlock while being capable of selecting necessary gear position. SOLUTION: A notch groove 54a formed on a shift rod R2 for first-sixth gear position common for even number gear positions and odd number gear positions is formed longer in a rod front side (left side in a figure) than an opposing notch groove 52 formed on a shift rod R1 for second-fourth gear positions for even number gear positions, and a notch groove 54b formed on a shift rod R2 is formed longer in a rod rear side (right side in the figure) than an opposing notch groove 56a formed on a shift rod R3 for third-fifth gear positions for odd number gear positions. Axial movement of the shift rod R2 to the sixth gear position side is restricted while allowing axial movement to the first gear position side when the shift rod R1 axially moves, and axial movement of the shift rod R2 to the first gear position side is restricted while allowing axial movement to the sixth gear position side when the shift rod R3 axially moves.
