<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a reflection screen, accurately forming a reflecting film in a predetermined part, and also to provide a reflection screen. <P>SOLUTION: The method comprises steps of: vertically and horizontally forming a plurality of recessed parts 2 on an observation surface 1a of a screen substrate 1; forming a reflecting film 3 on the observation surface 1a; forming a photosensitive resist NR on the reflecting film 3 and photosensitizing the resist NR by making light Ls for photosensitizing the resist NR incident on the observation surface 1a from the incident direction of projecting light Lp at an angle θs equal to or lower than the incident angle θp of the projecting light Lp to the observation surface 1a; peeling the resist NR except the photosensitized resist NR while leaving the photosensitized resist NR and etching the exposed reflecting film 3; and peeling the left resist NR. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
