<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of an abnormal sound during the traveling of a vehicle in the adhered state of a temporary fastening means for temporary fastening without peeling the means from a ceiling material, and to easily temporarily fasten and remove mounting parts. <P>SOLUTION: When the mounting part 4 such as a harness is routed by being attached by an adhesive tape 5 to the rear face side of the ceiling material 1 and a terminal excess portion 4-1 of the mounting part 4 is temporarily fastened by the temporary fastening means 10 so as to be removable, the temporary fastening means 10 adheres an intermediate part to the rear face of the ceiling material 1 by making both end sides in a belt-shaped sheet body 11 as free ends, and the free end sides of the belt-shaped sheet body 11 are bent into circle shapes, and thereby cylindrical parts 11-1 and 11-2 are formed. By winding the terminal excess portion 4-1 around the cylindrical parts 11-1 and 11-2, the temporary fastening is performed.
